Salado, TX (on-site, between Austin and Temple) We build factory-made steel swimming pools on a 60-acre campus in Salado. We're growing fast and hiring fast — strong candidates can start within a week of their interview. This role lives on the factory floor: plumbing pool systems, assembling components, moving material with a forklift, and helping a small, skilled crew ship completed pools out the door. What you'll do PVC plumbing — cutting, gluing, and fitting supply and return lines Installing pumps, filters, valves, jets, skimmers, and drains Pressure testing finished plumbing systems General assembly using hand and power tools Operating a forklift to stage materials and move finished assemblies Working shoulder-to-shoulder with welders, fabricators, and the rest of production Keeping your station clean and your tools where they belong What we need from you Hands-on, mechanically inclined — you'd rather be on a shop floor than anywhere else Comfortable with PVC plumbing Solid with basic hand and power tools Forklift experience (or ready to get certified — we'll train) Tape-measure accurate; can read a basic shop drawing Can lift 50+ lbs and stay on your feet through a shift Show up on time, every day, ready to work Nice to have (not required) PVC, copper, or PEX plumbing experience from any trade Forklift certification What you get Regular performance bonuses program Health insurance Paid time off Year-round work — we're scaling, not seasonal A real path up: lead tech → shift lead → supervisor.
