Non-Exempt General Summary:
Coil Builder is responsible for building the coils according to blueprint to supply the next manufacturing process.Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
Inspect the quality of the coil by checking hairpins, fins, overall aesthetics of the coil, and cleaning an excess oil Read and interpret blueprints Read a tape measure Ensure quality of the coil for the next process Other related duties may be assigned as needed. The responsibilities listed above are not intended to be an exhaustive list.Job Qualifications:
Detail-oriented Work independently Blueprint reading skills The ability to understand and convert decimals and fractions Good communication skills Physical Requirements for the job Ability to move at least 50lbs Ability to stand and use hand tools 8-10hrs per day Pushing/pulling copper tubing 8-10hrs a day Wear the necessary PPE for the positionSimilar remote jobs
