Job Description The Winding Technician is responsible for ensuring a proficient flow of product with quality and safety at the forefront every day; wind and store fibrous material. Responsibilities & Duties

• Inspect, test, document and communicate all findings during the rewind process
• Test condition of winding according to EASA standards
• Dismantle and/or strip damaged or unserviceable equipment
• Prepare all reusable parts for rewind and inspect renewed parts for hidden, structural damage or unusual conditions
• Observe proper insulating techniques and/or requirements during rewinding
• Administer required daily maintenance on assigned lines
• Identify and solve problems in fabrication process without compromising quality of product Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of manufacturing experience
• Must work well in a team environment
• Ability to multi-task
• Must possess strong communication and organizational skills
