Non-Exempt The Asset Coordinator is the core of auction operations. They document auction items to prepare for sale and work on-site after the sale to ensure both sellers and buyers have a positive experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent Knowledge of farm/heavy equipment is helpful

PRIMARY DUTIES

Organizing and tagging items for sale Taking photos and uploading to auction management website Creating accurate and detailed descriptions of items for sale Help customers locate their purchases Assist in loading and unloading of auction items during pick-up Act as cashier at off-site pick-up Be visible during an open house, providing service to customers as needed SKILLS Attention to detail Written communication Multi-tasking Customer service Time management Ability to utilize technology to identify assets when needed

PHYSICAL ENVIRONMENT

Regularly outdoors in all weather conditions Regular walking, standing, stooping, crouching for long periods of time Must be able to lift 30+ pounds Work near moving mechanical parts, loud noise, explosives, and hazardous materials
