Job Description

Assistant/Associate Professor of Finance School of Business - Grace College Position Summary Grace College invites applications and nominations for a full‑time Assistant/Associate Professor of Finance. Responsibilities include teaching, advising, department and college service, scholarly activity, and professional development. This role also serves as the Program Director for the CFP program (Grace College is a CFP Registered Program). About the School of Business The School of Business offers degrees in: Accounting; Business Administration; Business Education; Facility & Event Management; Entrepreneurship; Finance; Information Systems; International Business; Marketing (traditional and digital); MIS; Sport Business; Sport Management; Sport Marketing; Management (general, project, HR, supply chain). The School seeks a faculty member who aligns with the institution's doctrinal commitments (Covenant of Faith), complements existing faculty, and contributes to growing the number of business majors. About Grace College Grace College is a Christ‑centered liberal arts institution located in Winona Lake, Indiana. The college offers 52 majors and emphasizes character development, academic excellence, service, a biblical worldview, and Christ‑centered living. Qualifications Master's degree in a related business field required. Three years of professional accounting/finance work experience strongly preferred. Three years of successful higher‑education teaching experience preferred. Qualification to serve as CFP Program Director preferred (CPA, CFP, JD, or Doctoral Degree). Strong interpersonal skills that engage students. Experience in online teaching helpful. Evidence of ability to assist students in applying learning outside the classroom preferred. Evidence of ability to design and deliver competency‑based courses. Evidence of scholarly potential. Commitment to the mission and values of a Christ‑centered institution. Strong commitment to integrating faith and learning while teaching accounting/finance.
