Job DescriptionThe Assistant Casino Manager is responsible for maintaining the integrity and operational excellence of the Casino department through rigorous adherence to all gaming regulations, company policies, and exceptional guest service standards.
Protect company assets by providing effective oversight and supervision of casino floor team members.
Manage daily break rotations and review and authorize requests for "Early Outs" for table games staff.
Develop and mentor table games staff through comprehensive training and professional development initiatives.
Conduct systematic inspections of all gaming equipment and table game layouts to verify operational functionality and readiness for guest use.
Address guest concerns and requests promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction and positive experiences.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Qualifications

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
Ensure full compliance with all applicable gaming regulations and company policies and procedures.Protect company assets by providing effective oversight and supervision of casino floor team members.

Develop and mentor table games staff through comprehensive training and professional development initiatives.
Conduct systematic inspections of all gaming equipment and table game layouts to verify operational functionality and readiness for guest use.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum age of 21 yearsHigh school diploma or equivalent credentialMinimum of five (5) years of progressive experience in table games operations, including comprehensive knowledge of all gaming offeringsDemonstrated expertise in gaming regulations, compliance protocols, and operational proceduresExceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approachPhysical capability to perform standing and walking duties for extended periods throughout assigned shiftsAbility to obtain and maintain all required gaming licenses and professional certifications•
Preferred Qualifications:
