This leadership opportunity is ideal for a strong clinician who thrives in a collaborative, mission-driven environment focused on recovery, patient outcomes, and program excellence.
Programs include:
Adult Partial Care (Day Treatment) Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Outpatient (OP) Responsibilities Assist with clinical and administrative oversight of treatment programs Support daily clinical operations and workflow coordination Provide supervision and support to licensed and credentialed staff Review assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries Help ensure compliance with NJ DMHAS, Medicaid, and managed care standards Participate in Quality Assurance and performance improvement initiatives Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality patient care Support staff development and program growth QualificationsRequired Active New Jersey LCADC Active New Jersey LPC or LCSW Experience within behavioral health and/or substance use treatment Strong clinical documentation and organizational skills Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Strongly Preferred Leadership or program oversight experience Experience in Partial Care, IOP, or OP settings ACS and/or CCS credential Experience treating co-occurring or dual diagnosis populations Knowledge of
NJ DMHAS
