Programs include:

Partial Care (Day Treatment) Intensive Outpatient (IOP) Outpatient (OP) Responsibilities Assist with daily clinical operations across Partial Care, IOP, and OP programs Support staff, care coordination, and program organization Review and assist with clinical documentation Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams Help maintain clinical standards and quality patient care Assist with workflow improvement and program development Support and guide clinical staff as needed Foster a structured and supportive treatment environment QualificationsRequired Active New Jersey LSW Active New Jersey LAC Experience in behavioral health, mental health, and/or substance use treatment Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams Preferred Leadership or supervisory experience Experience in Partial Care, IOP, or OP settings Experience with co-occurring or dual diagnosis populations Interest in leadership development and program growth Ideal Candidate Compassionate and team-oriented Organized and dependable Passionate about behavioral health and recovery Motivated to grow professionally and clinically Interested in long-term leadership growth opportunities Apply today through Precision Recruiting Agency to learn more about this opportunity
