Assistant Coach - Women's Wrestling

University System of Maryland Tuition Remission program.
Five (5) days of annual leaveSpecific HolidaysThree (3) days of sick leaveMay participate in the State Health Insurance programs (medical, prescription and/or dental, etc.) that are available to State employees. Staff working 30 hours or more per week are eligible for the applicable state subsidy for medical and prescription coverage.
FSU boasts 25 varsity sports (11 men/14 women) at the NCAA Division II level that compete in the Mountain East Conference and the East Coast Conference. The Frostburg Team claimed its first Event National Championship in 2023.

Assistant Women's Wrestling CoachFrostburg State University Athletics Department is accepting applications for a full-time contractual exempt Assistant Women's Wrestling Coach position to begin in August 2026. The starting Base Annual Salary is approximately $44,948, which is pro-rated based on the contract term.The following benefits will be available on an annual basis:

Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach with the coaching and supervision of the women's wrestling team, including teaching and developing athletic skills, evaluating both team and individual performance, and contributing to match strategy development. Support the academic success of student-athletes by monitoring progress and providing guidance as needed. Actively participate in the recruitment, evaluation, and mentoring of prospective and current student-athletes. Contribute to overall program operations and perform other related duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and one year of coaching or other related work experience. Previous competing experience at the collegiate level.Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree and/or two years of coaching experience. About theUniversity:
