Impact:
Our Community Manager Assistants play a crucial role in fostering a sense of community within our managed properties.
Such responsibilities include:
Act as a liaison between residents and the property management team, addressing concerns, organizing community events, and promoting a positive living environment. Assist in day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries, maintaining records, and coordinating property-related communications. Help curate and maintain social media platforms to promote community events, share updates, and engage with residents online. Collaborate with the Community Manger to ensure effective communication channels between residents, management, and other stakeholder Requirements High School Diploma or GED. Minimum one year experience in customer service. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) at a proficient level. Knowledge of typical business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling, etc.) at a proficient level. Knowledge of customer service best practices and conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level. Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in the performance of all duties and responsibilities. Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines. Able to interpret verbal and/or written instructions at a proficient level.
