Full Time-Permanent Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced accounting professional with a strong background in financial operations and reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor s degree in Accounting or Finance and bring over five years of hands-on accounting experience. This role requires expertise in tax support, journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts receivable/payable processes, along with experience in Work-in-Progress (WIP) reporting. Prior experience as an Assistant Controller is highly preferred. The candidate should demonstrate strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to support financial decision-making. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review journal entries to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently. Manage and review Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes to ensure accuracy and compliance. Provide support for tax-related activities, including documentation and coordination with tax teams or external auditors. Maintain and analyse Work-in-Progress (WIP) reports to track project costs and revenue recognition. Assist in month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring deadlines are met. Support financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting activities. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve accounting processes and internal controls. Assist senior management or Controller with financial analysis and reporting. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance. 5+ years of Professional Accounting experience Hands-on experience in Tax support, Journal Entries, Bank Reconciliations, and Accounts Receivable & Accounts Payable review is required. Experience in WIP Reporting is required. Experience as Assistant Controller is strongly preferred.
