Job Description

As a vital team member, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating work schedules, contributing to the selection of our incredible staff, and providing valuable feedback on employee performance. Your focus will be on ensuring a safe, productive, and top-quality work environment within your department. In addition, you'll step in as needed to oversee production in the absence of the Production Supervisor. Your dedication to upholding our company's values will be instrumental in identifying and supporting initiatives for continuous growth. Hours:
Mon-Thur 4:00am - 2:30pm
Responsibilities:
Assist the Department Supervisor in overseeing the department employees. Maintain the stated productivity goals. Understand and follow the concepts of Lean Manufacturing. Coach, develop, and train personnel. Understand and enforce all company policies fairly and consistently
Qualifications:
Ability to lead, coach, and delegate Strong written and oral communication skills Possess basic math and computer skills Ability to use various gauges and measuring instruments, as necessary Possess at least a limited blueprint reading ability.
Base Compensation Range:
$59,200 - $85,900 per year Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
