Responsibilities As our Assistant Director of Nursing , you will play a vital role in our nursing department's management. You will assist in interviewing applicants, scheduling, and participate in orientation and in-service education training. You will also participate in performance reviews, enforce personnel policies, and ensure compliance with regulations for documentation from physicians and nursing personnel.
