In this energetic role, you will support the Food and Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations across various outlets, including casual dining, fine dining, catering, and bar services. Responsibilities Assist in supervising daily food and beverage operations across multiple outlets, ensuring smooth service flow and high customer satisfaction. Support staff training and development initiatives to uphold service standards, food safety protocols, and operational procedures. Oversee inventory control processes, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction to optimize food and beverage costs. Manage shift schedules, coordinate staffing levels, and ensure adequate coverage during peak hours for efficient restaurant management. Monitor cash handling procedures and POS (Point of Sale) systems to ensure accuracy in transactions. Collaborate with kitchen teams to ensure quality food preparation, timely delivery, and adherence to culinary standards. Assist in managing budgets, controlling costs, and implementing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining exceptional service quality. Skills Proven experience in food service management within quick service & fast food restaurants or fine dining environments. Strong supervisory skills with a background in team management, staff training & development, and interviewing candidates. Extensive knowledge of food preparation techniques, kitchen management, and food safety regulations. Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling experience is essential. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality management and creating positive guest experiences. Ability to oversee inventory control, food production processes, catering operations, and banquet services effectively. Leadership qualities that inspire teams through coaching, motivation, and clear communication; experience in shift management is preferred.
