Position Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to maintain high standards of service and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations Supervise and motivate front-of-house staff, including servers, hostesses, and bartenders Ensure high standards of food and beverage service are maintained Assist in staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Handle customer concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently Support inventory management and cost control efforts Assist in implementing marketing initiatives and promotional events Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol service regulations Participate in financial reporting and analysis as directed by the General Manager Fill in for the General Manager when necessary Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Minimum 2 years of experience in restaurant management or supervisory role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service orientation Knowledge of restaurant operations, including front and back of house Proficiency in restaurant POS systems Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
