About the Role We're looking for a motivated and hands-on Assistant General Manager to support daily operations and help lead our teams. You'll partner closely with the General Manager to drive performance, support team members, and ensure a smooth, efficient, and guest-focused operation. What You'll Do Support hiring, training, and coaching team members to deliver outstanding service Oversee inventory, ordering, and food safety compliance Monitor sales and assist in achieving performance and financial goals Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Maintain a clean, organized, and fully operational store (interior & exterior) Step in during peak times or staffing gaps to support the team Build relationships with repeat guests and the local community Foster a positive, productive, and team-focused work environment What We're Looking For Strong leadership and communication skills Dependable, organized, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of inventory management, food safety, and basic financial Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage shifting priorities Flexible availability (including evenings, weekends, and holidays) Emotional intelligence and a team-first mindset Reliable transportation Experience & Education Management experience in retail, food service, or hospitality (preferred) High school diploma or equivalent required College degree in Business or related field a plus Bilingual a plus Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 25 lbs Why Join Rogers Market?
