Your effectiveness as a Club Manager will be determined by your ability to hand select, grow and motivate your team through hiring, training and coaching each team member to master processes and follow systems that focus on daily Key Point Indicators (KPI's) that will ensure the clubs success. Each club has monthly and annual performance goals that you will be directly responsible for. Your ability to be successful in this role will be heavily dictated by your capacity to inspire, create and sustain a fun, motivating and yet service focused culture that promotes hard work, results, creativity, comradely and individual growth.
Responsibilities:
Team Building & Membership Sales Interview and train new team members in club essential roles to follow systems in according to their position. Hire, fire, all club staff. Educate and motivate sales team to hit individual and club goals based around role specific KPI's Audit sales cycle and look for inefficiencies or errors in the sales process or approach. Coach to correct Maintain effective communication and collaboration with club leadership team to enhance member and prospective member experience and grow training member participation Consistently meet and exceed both individual and club, monthly and annual membership and revenue goals Hold brief daily/weekly meetings with individual teams to sustain daily productivity and morale Report weekly/monthly performance to executive team with associated action plan to meet performance and revenue goals. Operations Handle customer concerns and billing issues while adhering to club and company policies Maintain a customer retention focused attitude to guide decision making Audit and approve Membership contracts Process cancelation/Freeze requests Perform monthly product Inventory Order products for resale and club necessities/office supplies Monitor and task maintenance with equipment issues for immediate repair Prepare any Human Resource paperwork as needed and provide to executive team for new hires Prepare payroll for club staff to be submitted on a Semi-monthly basis Update performance reports daily to ensure visual guidance to yourself and your team Manage any disciplinary actions and termination process as neededQualification/Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of management or sales leadership experience Strong Entrepreneurial Spirit and leadership Strong team building/coaching skills Strong proactive tendencies in management style Exceptional customer service and conflict resolution skills Organizational and time management skills Passion for fitness High school diploma/GED equivalence preferred but open proven track record Must be 18 years of age or older Valid Drivers license Computer proficiencyHourly Expectations:
Exact schedule is flexible to the right candidate however the Fitness Industry has prime hours both in the morning and the evening during Monday-Thursday and even select Saturdays. As the club manager and the face of the business, your presence is required. That said, as the club manager you have core hours, however based on business needs, these hours may fluctuate.Job Type:
