Clinical Trial Contract Manager

Our client is seeking a Clinical Trial Contract Manager to support the financial and contractual management of clinical studies. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in working within a regulated healthcare or pharmaceutical environment. Remote Opportunty Key Responsibilities Prepare, negotiate, and manage clinical trial agreements Develop and oversee site budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with fair market value (FMV) Analyze protocols to create cost models, payment strategies, and budget estimates Coordinate and process site payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms Maintain and improve the Site Fee Framework and budgeting processes Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Legal, and external stakeholders to support approvals and resolve issues Track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 5+ years of experience in clinical trial budgeting, contracts, or related roles in pharma/healthcare Strong knowledge of cost drivers, FMV, and clinical budgeting practices Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills Proficiency in Excel and related systems; Veeva experience is a plus This is a strong opportunity to contribute to impactful clinical programs while working cross-functionally in a collaborative environment.
