Job Description:

We are looking for a Restaurant Leader & Assistant General Manager who is committed to quality service, team building and wants to be part of a growing company! Responsibilities Ensure that Every Guest Leaves Happy Build and develop a culture of hospitality by motivating team members to provide superior customer service. Monitor restaurant atmosphere throughout the day, including music levels, lighting levels, temperature, and tv channels Communicate the need for repairs or maintenance to the leadership team Ensure health and safety standards are followed Remain active on the floor, being of service to the team while table-touching the guests in the restaurant Identify high-potential team members and assisting in developing them for leadership roles (Shift lead, Manager-in-Training) Facilitate regular coaching sessions and One-On-Ones with FOH team members Manage any administrative responsibilities required for the restaurant. This may include onboarding, invoices, daily & monthly forms Assist in analyzing weekly sales reports, identifying trends, and suggesting ways to improve profitability Foster a fun and inclusive environment through team-building activities and regular recognition programs Pay range and compensation package - Bonus program Medical, dental & vision coverage Life insurance 401 (k) matching plan paid vacation 5-day work Comp meal program
