About Us Adamant Behavioral Services is a fast-growing ABA center dedicated to high-quality care, professionalism, and meaningful impact for children and families. We are looking for a dependable, organized, and proactive team member who can help support both front desk operations and center flow in a fast-paced environment. This is not a "sit behind the desk all day" position. We are looking for someone who can think ahead, stay calm under pressure, support the team, and help keep the center running smoothly at all times. Job Overview The Front Desk Receptionist & Center Support Specialist serves as the face of the center while also assisting with daily operations and staff support. This role combines customer service, aiding with scheduling, organization, and hands-on support within the center when needed. The ideal candidate is professional, energetic, detail-oriented, loves children, and able to multitask efficiently without constant supervision. Responsibilities Front Desk & Customer Support Greet families, staff, and visitors professionally and warmly Operations & Team Support Help support daily center flow and coordination Assist leadership with staffing coverage and communication Monitor center needs and proactively solve problems Support organization of supplies, materials, and center readiness Help maintain a structured and efficient environment throughout the day Staff & Client Support Assist with staff breaks and center transitions when needed Support client transitions and basic center activities under supervision Be flexible in helping wherever support is needed during high-demand periods Complete training related to center support responsibilities Culture & Environment Help create a welcoming, positive, and professional atmosphere Support team events, celebrations, and center initiatives Contribute to a high-accountability, team-oriented culture Answer phones, emails, and messages promptly and professionally Help with managing minor scheduling changes, or cancellations Manage intake communication Maintain organized records and communication logs Ensure front office and center areas remain clean, stocked, and organized Assist families with questions and help resolve concerns calmly and professionally Requirements Qualifications High school diploma required Front desk, administrative, customer service, or receptionist experience preferred Experience working with children, healthcare, education, or ABA is a plus Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and stay calm in fast-paced situations Reliable transportation and strong punctuality required Must be dependable, flexible, and solution-oriented Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, and walk throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds Ability to bend, kneel, squat, and sit on the floor when needed Ability to actively engage in a busy clinic environment Ability to respond quickly in urgent situations Join us in creating a welcoming atmosphere where every visitor feels valued!
