We're looking for motivated seasonal team members and interns who are eager to learn about greenhouse production, plant care, and commercial horticulture in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Whether you're studying horticulture, exploring a future in agriculture, or simply passionate about plants, this is an opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience working alongside experienced growers. What You'll Do As a Seasonal Assistant Grower, you'll support the greenhouse team with daily plant care and production activities, including: Weekly Scouting for pests, diseases and clean culture practices. Weekly monitor and collecting data for irrigation water. Supporting plant health and crop maintenance practices Beneficial Insects application Participating in greenhouse sanitation and organization Assisting with data collection and greenhouse projects Learning commercial growing systems and best practices No two days are the same, and you'll gain hands-on experience with the full greenhouse growing process. What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who are dependable, curious, hardworking, and excited to learn. Preferred Qualifications Interest in horticulture, greenhouse production, agriculture, or plant science Previous greenhouse, nursery, farm, or outdoor work experience helpful but not required Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and as part of a team Positive attitude and strong work ethic Knowledge of Microsoft Offices and Outlook Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, and work actively throughout the day Comfortable working in greenhouse conditions year-round Willingness to wear required PPE when necessary Why Join Heirloom?
