Assistant Grower / Flower Farm Assistant Overview Gardens of Arcadia is a family-owned flower farm in Arcadia, Indiana specializing in garden roses and specialty flowers. We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Assistant Grower to help support daily growing operations and work closely with our farm team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with plants, outdoor farm work, and learning more about flower production and horticulture. There is opportunity for long-term growth within the business for the right person. Responsibilities Assisting with daily plant and rose care Monitoring plant health and reporting issues Supporting watering and fertilization routines Helping with harvesting, pruning, and flower processing Assisting with field organization and farm workflow Supporting general farm operations and seasonal tasks Occasionally assisting with bouquet preparation and flower handling Qualifications Reliable transportation to Arcadia, IN Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Dependable and organized Interest in plants, flowers, horticulture, or agriculture Farm, greenhouse, nursery, gardening, landscaping, or horticulture experience preferred but not required Pay $18-22/hour depending on experience. Part-time or full-time opportunities available.
