As an Assistant House Manager at The Price Center, you will support a dedicated team of Direct Support Professionals, ensuring exceptional care for our residents. This role involves supervising staff, managing resident care, and fostering a supportive, inclusive environment.Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or 5 years of experience in I/DD or related field Strong leadership and communication skills Must be MAP certified and CPR Certified Valid Driver's License with a clean recordKey Responsibilities:
Lead and Supervise :
Direct and support staff in daily activities Ensure high-quality program implementation Assist in scheduling and training staffResident Care:
Provide hands-on care with daily living activities Manage medical appointments and ensure optimal health care Teach budgeting skills and manage personal financesCommunication:
Maintain strong relationships with families, day programs, and community partners Ensure accurate and timely documentation Conduct regular safety drillsActivities and Engagement:
