N/A For positions that have only a rate listed, the displayed rate is the hiring rate but could be subject to change based on shift differential, experience, education or other relevant factors. Provides administrative and clerical support to Human Resources/Occupational Health Departments. Answers main HR phone number and assist with employee questions. Responsible for employment verifications, accurate filing of employee information, tracking compliance and regulatory information, data entry of employee changes into HRIS system, and working on special projects as directed.
Education/Training:
High School Diploma or equivalent required . AAS Degree preferred . Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
Experience:
1 year of experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent; preferably in a Human Resources capacity. Strong computer skills required, including Word and Excel. Prior experience using workday or similar HRIS preferred. Strong interpersonal skills.
