Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Saint Ann, United States location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our business forward and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies and proceduresManage inventory, cost control, and quality assurance processesHandle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing team members to meet performance goalsCollaborate with upper management to implement strategies for improving store performanceMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentAnalyze sales data and make data-driven decisions to optimize store operationsSupport marketing initiatives and promotional activities to drive salesEnsure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulationsQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience if under {AGE}, or 1 year if {AGE} or olderClean driving record and ability to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysStrong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectivelyBasic math skills for inventory management and cost controlAbility to work well under pressure and handle challenging situations professionallyHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in retail or food service management (preferred)Additional InformationBENEFITSFlexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions availableCompetitive wages1 week of PTOPaid mileageEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid training programOpportunity to become a Domino's Franchisee!
