Job DescriptionJoin our dynamic team as an Assistant Manager at our Saint Charles location! We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented leader to help drive our success at 2181 Droste Rd. As an Assistant Manager, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing daily operations, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Lead and motivate a team of employees, fostering a positive and productive work environmentOversee daily operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality controlEnsure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standardsProvide outstanding customer service and resolve customer issues promptly and professionallyAssist in training and developing new team membersCollaborate with the General Manager to implement strategies for improving performance and achieving goalsHandle cash management and financial reporting responsibilitiesMaintain a clean and organized work environmentAdapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks efficientlyQualificationsProven leadership experience in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skillsCustomer service-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional experiencesProficiency in basic computer skills and point-of-sale systemsValid driver's license with at least 2 years of driving experience Clean driving recordAbility to pass a criminal background checkReliable transportation with proof of auto insuranceFlexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsAbility to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent (preferred)Previous experience in food service or retail management (preferred)Additional InformationBENEFITSFlexible scheduling -- full & part-time positions availableCompetitive wages1 week of PTOPaid mileageEmployee discount on all food itemsAdvancement opportunitiesPaid training program
