Assistant Manager

Duties Assist in managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. Supervise staff performance through coaching, training & development initiatives, and providing clear feedback to foster a motivated team environment Manage inventory levels through stock management Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring a positive experience for all customers. Utilize POS systems for sales processing and financial transactions accurately Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Implement sales management strategies to meet or exceed targets while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization Experience Proven experience in retail management or assistant manager roles within a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership skills with previous supervising or team management experience. Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly desirable. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, POS systems, cash handling Ability to handle multiple responsibilities such as merchandising, stock control, and customer service simultaneously. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining attention to detail. $39,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
