Assistant Manager - Salad Station Mandeville Position Overview Salad Station Mandeville is seeking a motivated, energetic, and service-focused Assistant Manager to help lead daily restaurant operations in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This role plays an important part in supporting staff, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate is dependable, customer-focused, and passionate about leadership, hospitality, and creating a positive team culture. Key Responsibilities Support daily restaurant operations and assist in leading team members during shifts Deliver outstanding customer service by creating a welcoming and positive guest experience Operate POS systems and manage cash transactions accurately Ensure all food is prepared and served according to company standards and food safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area, kitchen, and prep stations Assist with inventory management, stocking, and supply organization Help train, motivate, and support team members to ensure efficient operations Monitor and uphold sanitation, safety, and health standards at all times Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally and promptly Work collaboratively with leadership and staff to maintain a productive, upbeat environment Qualifications Previous restaurant, quick-service, or hospitality experience preferred Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Basic math and cash-handling skills Familiarity with POS systems and food safety practices is beneficial Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team-player mentality Why Join Our Team?
