Hourly + Paid Time Off + Growth Opportunities Position Overview We are seeking a hands-on, hospitality-driven Assistant Floor Manager to support daily front-of-house operations. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values team development, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Key Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and training of all front-of-house team members
• Train all FOH positions (hosts, servers, bartenders, runners, support staff)
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings
• Manage tip reporting and payroll support
• Communicate directly with GM, Chef, and Kitchen team
• Assist with scheduling and shift coverage
• Participate in weekly management meetings
• Drive guest relations and service excellence
• Maintain service standards and operational flow
• Support team accountability and culture Qualifications
• Previous restaurant leadership experience
• Strong FOH operational knowledge
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment
• Passion for hospitality and team development
