Starting hourly rate will depend on experience, but we will also invest in your training to quickly teach you the operations so that you can increase your hourly rate to $18. We also also a bonus program that you could quickly see weekly bonus ranging from $100-200 a week on top of hourly pay. Previous managerial experience is always welcome. However, we are searching more for someone with the desire and willingness to be great but who hasn't gotten the break they deserve or the attention they need.
