Position Overview:

As an Assistant Manager, you will support the daily operations of the café, ensuring exceptional customer service, food safety, cleanliness, and profitability. You will lead by example, motivate your team, and ensure that every customer has a positive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with inventory counts and enter truck orders. Learn and assist with scheduling for General Manager review. Actively seek out new skills and fill in wherever needed. Be on track for a management career path.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 year in restaurant or QSR management as an Assistant Manager. Open availability, including nights and weekends. Authorized to work in the U.S. ServSafe certification preferred.
