We're looking for a motivated, dependable, and high-energy Assistant Manager to join our team. Margarita's is a locally owned, fast-paced Tex-Mex restaurant built around great food, strong teamwork, and creating memorable guest experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment, leads by example, and is willing to think like an owner. We're looking for someone who takes pride in the details, supports the team, solves problems quickly, and helps maintain the level of excellence our guests expect every day. Restaurant or leadership experience is preferred, but not required. We're willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and desire to grow.
