Assistant Manager - Restaurant

Job Overview We are seeking a motivated, professional, and hospitality-driven Assistant Manager to join our team. This full-time hourly position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, leads by example, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities:

Assist in overseeing nightly front of house operations Lead and support hosts, servers, bartenders, and support staff Ensure smooth service flow and high hospitality standards Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently Assist with scheduling, floor management, and staff accountability Support opening/closing procedures and daily operations Maintain cleanliness, organization, and service standards throughout shifts

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant management or leadership experience required Proficiency in POS systems (such as Silverware) Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment Positive attitude with strong leadership presence Reliable evening and weekend availability required Passion for hospitality and team development
