Assistant Meat Manager

Assist Manager in managing and overseeing the meat department. Responsible for ordering and maintaining meat inventory. Assisting other meat cutters with job duties: To cut and trim meat from wholesale portions into steaks, chops, roast, and other cuts. Prepare meats for sale by performing duties such as cutting, weighing, wrapping, pricing and displaying meat in meat case. Assist customers who require special cuts of meats. •Experience highly recommended and will be applied to starting wage. •Benefits package available.
