Key Responsibilities Include:

Overseeing daily service and installation inner office operations with urgency and precision Championing customer satisfaction at every step—from first contact through project completion Managing schedules, assisting crews and technicians, and resources to keep projects on time and on budget Mastering our cloud-based systems and customer management processes for seamless coordination Maintaining razor-sharp attention to detail so every job exceeds expectations Stepping up as a professional, solutions-focused manager who motivates the team and delights clients What You Bring to the

Team:

Proven experience in operations, project coordination, or customer-facing management (construction/home services preferred) Obsessive attention to detail and a "get-it-done-now" mindset Proficiency with cloud-based software and customer management tools (CRM experience a must have requirement) Natural leadership skills with a passion for outstanding customer service Professional attitude, high energy, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, growing company
