Assistant Park Host (Part-Time) Maple Lane RV Park, Mapleton, OR https://maplelanervpark.com/ Maple Lane RV Park sits along the Siuslaw River in Mapleton, surrounded by forest, water, and access to some of the best outdoor recreation on the Oregon coast. People come here to fish, kayak, hike, and slow down. Some stay for a few nights. Others stay because it is one of the few places that still works as attainable housing. The park plays a key role in the community. We host summer music nights. We support local events. We try to create a place that feels stable, welcoming, and well cared for. We are looking for someone to help support day-to-day operations and contribute to that environment. Responsibilities Light grounds and maintenance work Keeping sites clean, organized, and presentable Assisting guests with basic needs and questions Managing reservations and check-ins using Campspot Supporting small events, including summer music nights Helping keep the park running smoothly day-to-day Requirements Able to lift at least 25 pounds Comfortable with basic outdoor and maintenance tasks Willing to learn Campspot and basic admin systems Strong communication and follow-through Resume required Background check required No pets over 50 pounds (Pitbull Terriers and Rottweilers are prohibited) Compensation and Schedule Target 14 hours per week to start Seasonal role with potential to become year-round Compensation is an RV space plus $150 monthly utilities credit 2011 or newer RV or small park model allowed No cash compensation initially There is an opportunity for this role to grow into a full-time management position over time, if desired.
