DESCRIPTION

In close partnership with the Principal, the Assistant Principal helps lead school-wide systems, professional development, and family engagement, ensuring excellence throughout the building. Has knowledge of Federal and state-mandated initiatives, remedial techniques and reteaching models; Has effective communication and computer skills; Has high ethical, moral and professional standards; Demonstrated effective teaching experience.

QUALIFICATIONS

Holds or qualifies for a West Virginia Professional Administrative Certificate endorsed for Principal PK-AD; Holds a master's degree related to the public-school program.

REQUIREMENTS

Must pass a background check; Mandatory training sessions.

SALARY:
