Job Description

Caldwell University's Department of Natural Sciences invites applications for a tenure-track Assistant Professor position that begins August 2026. Applicants should have expertise in molecular biology and be able to teach lecture and laboratory courses in genetics, general biology, and at least one of the following: microbiology, immunology, and cell and molecularbiology. Additional responsibilities include academic advising, mentoring undergraduate research, and curricular and programmatic development. A Ph.D. in Biology or in a relevant field and prior teaching experience at the college level are required. Experience with online teaching and working with students from diverse backgroundsare desirable.
