Responsibilities:
Maintain communication with customers to establish needs prior to arrival. Oversee pre-planning of service work/maintenance, ensuring work is planned and materials are ordered. Provide assistance to customers during work progress and deliver frequent status reports. Obtain customer approval for scope changes or additions. Assist Project Manager with contract and warranty administration. Exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize workload, with multitasking as a must.
Qualifications:
We're seeking a Assistant Project Manager with degree in construction management with 2 or more years of experience either in the field or as an Assistant Project Manager. That has extensive knowledge of the construction industry with strong organizational and multi-tasking skills. As well as excellent communication and customer services skills.
