8am - 4:30pm PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with an industry leader in the paper and energy sectors to hire a detail-oriented Item Specialist. This role is essential to ensuring accurate item data management and supporting efficient business operations across the enterprise. Role Summary The Item Specialist is responsible for the creation, maintenance, and lifecycle control of item data within systems. By collaborating with cross-functional business partners, this role helps drive accurate data, smooth workflows, and improved end-to-end process cycle times that directly impact operational performance. Key Responsibilities Perform daily item data creation, updates, and maintenance in systems Manage item data throughout its full lifecycle in accordance with Item Data Management processes Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance of item data Collaborate with a network of business professionals across engineering, supply chain, procurement, and operations Support efficient end-to-end process cycle times through timely and accurate data management Identify data issues and contribute to continuous improvement efforts Required Qualifications Experience with item or master data creation and maintenance in ERP or enterprise systems Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment Strong organizational and communication skills How to Apply If you are detail-driven, enjoy collaborating with diverse teams, and want to make a meaningful impact in the paper and energy industries, apply today to join PDS Tech Commercial as an Item Specialist.

Pay Details:
