At Retail Mattress Solutions, we're a fast-moving, color-obsessed print and dye sublimation company that turns blank products into bold experiences. From large-format graphics and specialty products, we thrive on creativity, precision, and serious production energy. We're looking for an Assistant Project Manager who can keep projects flowing, communicate like a pro, and bring positive momentum to our production floor and client experience.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Assistant Project Manager, you'll help keep production organized, on schedule, and running smoothly from concept to completion.

YOUR DAILY MISSION

Coordinate print and dye sublimation projects from intake through delivery Help manage timelines, schedules, and production priorities Communicate with clients, vendors, designers, and production teams Track orders, artwork approvals, inventory, and shipping deadlines Jump in to solve problems quickly and keep projects moving Assist with quality control to ensure vibrant, high-quality output Support workflow organization and continuous process improvement Keep project management systems updated and accurate Bring energy, urgency, and teamwork to every shift

Love organization and multitasking Thrive in fast-paced, creative environments Stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly Have strong communication and people skills Enjoy balancing creativity with logistics Are detail-oriented without losing sight of the big picture Can motivate a team and keep positive energy flowing Have experience in print production, dye sublimation, signage, or manufacturing (preferred but not required)

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE

Experience with dye sublimation or large-format printing Familiarity with production workflows and scheduling Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or print-ready artwork Experience using project management or inventory software A passion for branding, design, or custom products Bilingual in Spanish Reliable Transportation

WHAT YOU'LL GET
