Assistant Property Manager:
Support the Project Manager with daily operations to ensure efficiency and organization Assist with public housing applications , including interviewing applicants and processing documentation Handle tenant communications, including complaints and lease enforcement Accept and process rent payments Assist with basic Accounts Receivable tasks Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; take accurate messages Sort incoming mail and prepare outgoing correspondence Schedule appointments and greet visitors professionally Prepare and edit documents, reports, and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel and Office tools Maintain and update both paper and electronic filing systems Perform data entry and maintain accurate records Assist in preparing materials and attending Board Meetings To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
