Job Description HOA Assistant Property Manager -_ We are searching for a dedicated individual to join our team who will help maintain the high standards and quality of life for our homeowners. Looking for the right individual who enjoys communicating with and working collaboratively with people - must have a strong administrate skill set, and p_rovide high-level support to general manager, staff, and homeowners. Work closely with the board of directors homeowners' association (HOA) to address and react to the needs of the homeowners in accordance with the association's governing documents and policies. Be responsible for seasonal staff scheduling and performance. Work with management and maintenance closely.
Salary and Benefits:
Starting annual salary is based on experience. Paid vacation, flexible work schedule
General Requirements:
Community related experience with a Homeowners Association or Condominium Association governed directly by a Board of Directors is a plus Other Property Management/Association/ Real Estate experience is a plus Must have valid driver's license
Skills and Ability Requirements:
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of
Microsoft Office:
Excel, Word Effective written and verbal communication skills Experience using Google applications, Outlook, Dropbox, are beneficial. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills Action and results-oriented Resourceful, creative, decisive Excellent organizational skills Must be able to work independently with a strong work ethic Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels Positive, can-do attitude Ability to meet deadlines and follow through with contractorsy Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment and multi-task
Additional Responsibilities:
Assure that the policies, resolutions, and goals of the Board are carried out Be knowledgeable of all Association Governing Documents, Rules and Regulations and general legal requirements of a community association Provide excellent customer service and maintain open lines of communication with staff, homeowners, and Board of Trustees Be available to be on-call to handle after-hours emergencies Assist management with vendor relations Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with Association Rules and Regulations. Ensure maintenance of all files, records, and correspondence in accordance with company procedures and good business practices Act as the liaison for beach and pool employees for scheduling and performance. Provide customer service assistance to homeowners as needed. Assist with homeowners' calls and inquiries and respond accordingly or direct to the appropriate party. Attend meetings as needed.
