Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and experienced Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our hospitality team. The open position is 5-11pm 6 nights a week or 3-11pm 5 nights a week. In this dynamic role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding guest experience, while your organizational skills will keep operations running smoothly. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, offering personalized assistance to enhance their stay experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with patience and proactive solutions Maintain guest relations by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring financial accuracy and security Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and operational excellence Requirements Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs confidently Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Knowledge of hotel management systems, reservation platforms, and multi-line phone systems Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to create a welcoming atmosphere Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed for night audit shifts Previous experience in guest services, hotel experience, or resort settings is preferred Join us in delivering memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality!
