Job Description

Summary The Assistant Property Manager is a key team member who assists the Property Manager by handling leasing coordination, tenant communications, property inspections, and daily operational duties. This role demands excellent communication, organizational abilities, and customer service expertise, as well as the capacity to juggle various tasks in a dynamic setting. The part-time position offers 15-25 hours per week, with an opportunity to earn bonuses. Responsibilities Market available properties via property showings for prospective tenants Coordinate and assist in preparing vacant units for new residents Conduct tenant move-ins and complete move-in inspection reports Manage move-outs and complete detailed move-out inspections and documentation Perform semiannual and annual property inspections and prepare corresponding reports Identify and report maintenance or property-related concerns to the lead Property Manager Assist with client communication, follow-up, and retention efforts Support daily property management operations as needed Qualifications Active California Real Estate License required Familiarity with Brivity or similar CRM platforms preferred Experience with rental leasing or real estate transactions is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to lift up to 15 lbs. and safely use a step ladder Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities About-our-team 24 Hour Property Management, Inc. offers comprehensive property management and real estate solutions for single-family homes and small multifamily properties across Orange County.
