• The Role
• As an Assistant Property Manager, you will be the "right hand" to our leadership team, ensuring our commercial portfolio operates at peak performance. You'll balance office-based administration with hands-on property inspections, tenant relations, and financial tracking.
• What You'll Do

Tenant & Client Relations:

• Act as a professional point of contact for tenant requests and building owners. +

• Operations & Maintenance:

• Coordinate work orders via CMMS, monitor vendor contracts, and perform regular facility inspections. +

• Financial Support:

• Assist with property budgets, track variances, and manage rent collections/receivables. +

• Lease Administration:

• Learn to abstract commercial leases and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Commercial Exposure:

• You must have some experience in the

• Tech Savvy:

• High proficiency in MS Office (Excel is key) and comfort learning CMMS software. +

• Requirements:

• A valid Driver's License and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening.

• Full-time, Monday-Friday (40 hours/week). +

• Compensation:

• $58,000 - $64,000 per year (Salaried). +
