Assistant Property Manager-Multi Site

Residential Assistant Property Manager Century 21 Fairways Property Management We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Assistant Property Manager to support the day-to-day operations of a growing, multi-site residential portfolio. This position plays a key role in leasing, tenant relations, and operational management, and is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct property showings and actively market available units to meet and exceed leasing quotas Respond to inquiries, pre-screen applicants, and guide prospects through the application process Prepare, review, and execute residential lease agreements in compliance with company policies and local regulations Manage tenant relationships, including onboarding, communication, and issue resolution Oversee rent collections, follow up on delinquencies, and assist with payment plans when necessary Coordinate lease renewals and track expiration timelines to maintain occupancy levels Schedule and manage maintenance requests, working closely with vendors and internal teams to ensure timely completion Maintain accurate records and utilize property management software for reporting and tracking Support operations across multiple properties/sites as needed

Qualifications:

Prior experience in property management, leasing, or real estate preferred Strong understanding of leasing processes and residential lease agreements Excellent communication and customer service skills Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet leasing goals Proficient with technology and property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Schedule & Work Environment:

Flexible schedule required, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate showings and leasing demand Multi-site management role requiring travel between properties
