Assistant Racquet Sports Professional

Job description: Shadow Valley Country Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Tennis Professional to join our growing racquets program. This position offers a base salary of $35,000, health insurance benefits, clothing allowance, full golf family membership, restaurant discount and 75% of all private and private group lesson revenue.

Primary Responsibilities:

Work one day per week in the tennis shop Assist with junior tennis programs Teach adult beginner and cardio tennis classes Teach private and group lessons to adults and juniors Support summer camps, Junior Night Out events, and both adult and junior tournaments Provide basic racquet stringing services (Optional) Teach introductory pickleball lessons

Additional Duties:

This role involves some physical responsibilities, including blowing and sweeping courts, filling water coolers, taking trash out, moving furniture, and installing windscreens.

Qualifications:

Prior teaching experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Willingness to work with players of all ages and skill levels Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
