Job Overview Are you passionate about delivering exceptional food and outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, dynamic environment? We are seeking an energetic and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our vibrant team! In this role, you will support the restaurant management team in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. Your leadership will inspire staff, enhance guest experiences, and drive the success of our restaurant. Duties Assist the Restaurant Manager in supervising daily restaurant operations, including shift management and staff coordination Support staff training and development to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to food safety standards Oversee food handling processes to maintain quality and consistency Manage inventory control, including stock ordering, storage, and waste reduction strategies Operate POS systems such as Toast for accurate cash handling and transaction processing Ensure compliance with health regulations, food safety protocols, and sanitation standards across all kitchen and dining areas Supervise staff performance during shifts, providing guidance on food production, customer service, and operational procedures Assist with interviewing, hiring, onboarding new team members to build a strong restaurant team Support catering, banquet events, or bar services as needed to ensure seamless guest experiences Contribute to budgeting efforts by monitoring labor costs and controlling expenses while maintaining service quality Experience Proven experience in food service management or hospitality management within quick service or fast food restaurants Demonstrated supervising experience with team management responsibilities in a restaurant setting Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen management Familiarity with POS systems such as Toast Experience with inventory control, food safety standards, and food handling procedures Casual dining or fine dining experience is highly desirable; banquet or catering experience is a plus Excellent leadership skills with the ability to train and develop staff effectively Knowledge of budgeting principles related to labor costs and food expenses in a restaurant environment Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail and guest satisfaction Join us as an Assistant Restaurant Manager if you're ready to lead with energy, elevate the dining experience for guests, and develop your career in the exciting world of hospitality!
