7 nights on, 7 nights off Shift hours: 9:00 PM to 7:30

AM Location:

Liberty, Indiana Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders ensuring accuracy and safety Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and monitoring Consult and collaborate with physicians and nursing staff on medication therapy and patient care plans Utilize EPIC system for documentation and order processing

Qualifications:
